     Chef Moddang and Chef Oam have always had a passion for true authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine. Natives of Thailand with decades of combined expertise, our family is thrilled to bring our marriage of skill and passion for the culinary arts to Calgary. In addition to traditional flavors, we are pleased to offer a special selection of Royal Thai dishes to our fine dining menu. These are known for their superior ingredients, refined cooking techniques, and exquisite flavors and presentation.
